Licensed by Virginia Department of Social Services
Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion’s After School Activities Program (ASAP) serves AVSP resident members from Ashburn Elementary, Dominion Trail Elementary, and Farmwell Station Middle Schools. Students enjoy supervised free play, homework time, arts and crafts, sports and games, and weekly swimming and movies. The program runs from 2:45-6pm, Monday-Friday.
The ASAP bus picks up students at Dominion Trail Elementary and Ashburn Elementary Schools and takes them to the Sports Pavilion. Students from Farmwell Station Middle School ride on a Loudoun County School bus to a nearby bus stop. If your child attends another school, you are responsible for providing transportation to the Pavilion.
If the program is full, you will be added to a waiting list and contacted as soon as there is an opening. Registration is not on a drop-in basis. All participants must complete a registration packet and provide a copy of a school physical examination before being accepted into the program.
Students can attend both the Kindergarten Program and ASAP. The Kindergarten Program runs from 11am-2:45pm. For details on the Kindergarten Program, click here.
