Fitness Orientations
A fitness orientation is an introductory session for individuals who are new to exercise or any type of regular exercise. We offer FREE fitness orientations to all members. Our orientation will help you learn the proper form and technique for the selectorized weight equipment and how to use our wide variety of cardio equipment. Our personal training staff will also provide you with a quick consultation that may consist of recommendations for resistance and cardiovascular training.
Fitness Orientation is included in your membership and getting started is the most important step on the way to reaching your fitness goals. In addition, scheduling an orientation allows you to meet our highly qualified, certified Personal Fitness Professionals who will help you get on the right track and on your way to long-term fitness success.
