Muscular Mommies
Take advantage of this opportunity to get an excellent workout while engaging your child (ages 6 months-4 years) in a fun and stimulating environment!
Class includes a brief warm-up, followed by strength training work using resistance bands, your child as resistance, as well as stroller weight.
Strength training is combined with cardio segments throughout the workout to target the major muscle groups of the arms/chest as well as the legs/glutes.
Class conclude with a cool down and connection time for moms & kids.
