Pilates Reformer Training                                   

Generally thought of as an elite form of exercise for dancers and gymnast, the benefits of Pilates Reformer training are for everyBODY.  The benefits of training on the Reformer include:

  • Increased core strength (middle abdominals, obliques, back and all the muscles that support the spine).
  • Sculpted legs, thighs, and arms.  Lean muscle around the shoulders.  FLAT Abs.
  • Improved body awareness and posture.
  • Stress reduction.
  • Increased flexibility and balance. 

Classes
Level I
Introduction to Pilates Reformer with an emphasis on the basic exercises on reformer for groups of 3 or 4.
Days/Times: Fridays at 12pm (May 16th—June 27th)
                            Sundays at 3pm (May 18th—June 29th)
Cost: $175

Level II
Intermediate Pilates Reformer.  Emphasis is on core strength and flexibility development.
Days/Times: Fridays at 11am (May 16th—June 27th)
                            Sundays at 4pm (May 18th—June 29th) 
Cost: $175

Duet Training
Partner Training for the Pilates Reformer.
By Appointment Only.
Cost per person: $45 for 1 session
                                   $200 for 5 session
                                   $700 for 20 sessions

Private Training
A one-on-one approach to Reformer Training.
Cost: $70 for 1 session
            $325 for 5 sessions
            $600 for 10 sessions
