Tai Chi

Join in as Ashburn Village Resident, Bernadette O’Donnell, uses her expertise to teach this spiritual movement class.

About the Instructor:  Bernadette O’Donnell has always been interested in health but when a near fatal accident challenged her  she began to understand the healer within.  She used positive affirmations,faith, and other avenues.  Later she went to massage school which had Tai Chi in the program.  The art of giving a massage with the footing and placement of tai chi to help energy, strength and endurance.  She expanded this to giving classes and teaching how the mind, body and spirit work together.  We have  profound medicine in our body and must learn how easy it can be accessible to us.  Bernadette  lives and practices in Ashburn.
